Foreman Leader
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our workshop team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the automotive industry, with a strong working knowledge of mechanical diagnosis and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the workshop team to ensure efficient and effective operation
- Maintain high standards of quality control and assurance
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a foreman or qualified petrol vehicle technician
- Brand experience with Audi, VW, Mercedes Benz, or BMW
- Valid driver's license
- Relevant trade test qualifications (mer SETA, Olifantsfontein, QCTO)
- Contactable references
