The ideal candidate will prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and oversee procurement processes. Strong knowledge in cost management and at least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior fit-outs is essential. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel is required, and candidates must have their own vehicle.
