We are looking for full-time Bilingual Spanish Speaking Agents to support a variety of client projects, including customer service, technical support etc. This role requires fluent communication in both Spanish and English with a strong emphasis on professionalism, empathy and adaptability. You will engage with customers across different industries, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and effectively in Spanish and English to assist customers across various projects.Handle inquiries related to services, products, or technical issues with professionalism and empathy.Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems when needed.Build rapport with customers by actively listening and providing thoughtful solutions.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.Recognize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when relevant.Accurately document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.Maintain high-quality service standards across diverse client requirements.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

National Senior Certificate (NSC) or an equivalent high school qualification.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.Experience with data-entry utilizing a computerThe ability to read and speak English and Spanish fluentlyExcellent organizational, written, and oral communication skillsThe ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new and complex computer system applicationsHighly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctualityThe ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issuesAn aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiationMust be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manageStrong team orientation and customer focusThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalentExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customersPreferred (Not Required)
Two (2) years of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environmentCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
