A customer service provider is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to manage inbound customer care and client resolutions. The role involves building customer relationships, servicing queries, and maintaining a database. Candidates should have a Matric qualification, basic MS Office skills, and preferably some experience in a contact center environment. The contact center operates on a 24/7 basis, and there is a potential for hybrid work.
Salary offered is R 9500 per month.
