Dental Receptionist | Claremont

Overview

A well-established and busy General Dental Practice in Claremont, Cape Town is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their dynamic team. The practice consists of 4 Dentists and 1 Oral Hygienist, and they pride themselves on providing excellent patient care in a professional environment.

• 8
  -10+ years’ experience as a Dental Receptionist (essential)
• Secretary Diploma advantageous
• Proficient in Word, Excel and GoodX (preferable)
• Strong communication skills – must confidently handle emails, phone calls, and Whats App
• Well-spoken, professional, organised, and highly admin/task-orientated
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Monday - Friday: 07:45 - 17:15
• One Saturday per month
• Training on Saturdays for the first 6 months
• Additional Saturdays if the practice requires catch-up work

Beginning of January 2026 – 1 February

Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 before deductions (depending on experience) - Willing to pay more for the right experience.
