Dental Practice Manager | Claremont

Overview

A well-established and busy General Dental Practice in Claremont, Cape Town is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join their professional and dedicated team. The practice consists of 4 Dentists and 1 Oral Hygienist, and they pride themselves on delivering excellent patient care within a structured, efficient, and well-organised environment.

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a dental or medical practice (essential)
• Relevant qualifications ideal:
  Operational / administrative, Secretarial or/and HR-related background
• Excellent communication skills – must be well-spoken, confident, and able to handle staff management, patient communication, Word, Excel, Canva, Goodx (preferential), Emails, Xero (bonus)
• Extremely organised, detail-driven, and able to take responsibility for operations and workflow
• Must be assertive, able to work under pressure, and comfortable “taking the shots” and making decisions
• Ideally lives close to Claremont for operational convenience and reliability

• Monday to Friday:
  07:45 – 17:15
• One Saturday per month
• Training on Saturdays during the first 6 months
• Additional Saturdays may be required for catch-up work

Beginning of January 2026 – 1 February

R20 000 – R35 000 before deductions (Depending on experience)
