• Provide spa treatments to clients based on their individual needs and preferences
• Perform various massage techniques, body treatments, and facials
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Keep up-to-date records of client profiles and treatment notes
• Offer advice to clients on skincare and wellness practises
• Promote spa services and products to clients

• Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy
• Valid certification in massage therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated passion for the spa and wellness industry

Minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist

• Knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques
• Understanding of skincare products and their benefits
• Ability to customise treatments based on client needs
• Strong customer service and sales skills

• CIDESCO or CIBTAC certification
• Experience in a luxury spa environment
• Additional certifications in specialised treatments

• Work in a spa setting with varying temperatures and lighting
• May require standing for extended periods and lifting/moving equipment
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
