Position: SPA Therapist (Fixed Term Contract)

SPA THERAPIST - FIXED TERM

TOKAI, Cape Town South (SOUTHERN SUBURBS), Western Cape (ZA)

START: 01 Feb 2026 (3 months)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

  • Monday – Sunday
  • 09:00 - 18:00
  • 1x Weekend off per month + days off in the week

REPORT TO: Spa Manager

EMPLOYMENT: Fixed Term Contract (3-months contract) Feb, Mar & Apr 2026

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

  • R8,400 Basic Salary per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
  • DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
  • Reliable transport within the Southern Suburbs
  • Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
  • Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist
  • Confident retailer

    • EXPERIENCE:

  • Day Spa experience within a Hotel or Resort or independent day spa
  • Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable
  • Confident working with VIP clients - able to offer a discerning service

    • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Confident and skilled in all standard SPA services (Body & Skin)
  • Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
  • Retail confident
  • Confidently re-book clients where applicable
  • Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
  • Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
