We are looking for a skilled Senior Cellular Technician to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise, a commitment to quality, and the ability to guide and support junior technicians. The ideal candidate will be confident working on a wide range of mobile devices and comfortable managing day-to-day repair operations.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair mobile devices with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform advanced hardware and software troubleshooting
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all repairs meet company standards
- Lead, mentor, and support junior technicians
- Allocate daily tasks and oversee team workflow
- Provide guidance on complex repairs and technical issues
- Maintain repair documentation and manage parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety and repair procedures
- Assist customers with technical queries and repair updates
- Train new technicians on processes, tools, and best practices
