Machine learning engineer

Your missions

• Translate prototyped machine learning models into production-grade scripts and pipelines.
• Implement model deployment strategies for batch and real-time inference based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment of ML models.
• Establish version control best practices for code, data, and models.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and MLOps Support Engineers to ensure efficient model iteration and reliable scaling.
• Advise on scaling models using distributed computing and container orchestration.
• Define data ingestion and transformation steps in partnership with Data Engineers.
• Implement feature management solutions and ensure data governance compliance.
• Test and validate model performance, monitor error rates, model drift, and concept drift.
• Optimize inference speed and resource usage through load and stress testing.

Your profile

• Experience with machine learning model deployment and pipeline management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with feature management solutions and data governance.
• Academic background: engineering schools, computer science, or related field.
• Fluent English. French is a plus.
• Experience with AI generative tools.
• You have an ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
