We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer (all genders) based in Cape Town to join our AI & Automation team.

In this role, you’ll design and develop intuitive, scalable interfaces that make our advanced AI agents accessible and easy to use for marketing professionals and internal teams. You’ll work closely with AI engineers, product leads, and designers to create dashboards, briefing interfaces, and control panels that transform complex AI workflows into seamless user experiences. This position offers the opportunity to define how hundreds of marketers interact with AI agents across content creation, media planning, quality assurance, and performance analytics.

What You'll Do:

• Develop responsive, performant front-end applications for interacting with our suite of AI agents using React/Next.js
• Build real-time dashboards, agent visualizations, and campaign management UIs
• Implement dynamic forms and configuration panels for briefing intake, and project management
• Design and maintain a reusable component library ensuring consistent UX across all agent interfaces
• Develop chat-like interfaces for natural language interaction with agents like the Project Management Agent and Customer Journey Mapping Agent
• Optimize performance for handling large datasets and high-frequency updates from multiple concurrent agents
• Build secure, multi-tenant interfaces supporting role-based access control and enterprise SSO
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies ensure high quality delivery
  Contribute to UX decisions and participate in design reviews for new agent capabilities

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years of front-end development experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise product environments
• Strong expertise in React and Next.js
• Proven experience with modern state management (Redux, Zustand, or Tan Stack Query)
• Solid understanding of RESTful and Graph
  
  QL API integration
• Experience with component libraries (Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or Material-UI)
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and performance optimization
• Experience building interactive applications with real-time data updates and complex workflows
• Proven experience with AWS services, particularly Cloud Front, S3, and API Gateway
• Strong Git/Git Hub workflow knowledge and agile development experience
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations

Bonus Points:

• Experience building interfaces for AI-driven, data-heavy, or workflow automation platforms
• Familiarity with chat UIs, prompt engineering interfaces, or agent control panels
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Victory)
