Web Developer - WOODSTOCK

Our client is a well-established, full-service estate agency with over 60 years of experience across central, west and south-west London. While proudly rooted in a strong heritage, they are actively investing in technology to modernise and enhance their operations. They are now looking for a Software Developer to join their growing team and play a key role in this transformation.

You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the clients in-house CRM system,

, working closely with the COO to design, build and support innovative solutions. This role offers a varied workload, combining improvements to existing applications with the development of entirely new features.

The technology environment includes Windows and web-based applications hosted across Microsoft Azure and internal infrastructure, all supported by a central SQL database. The business is also expanding its use of AI across key processes, offering exposure to forward-thinking and evolving technologies.

In addition to development work, the role includes providing technical support to internal users, assisting with issue resolution and setting up systems for new starters.

Essential:

• 3–5 years experience with C# (.NET Core, WPF) and SQL
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic, fast learner who enjoys adapting to new technology
• Clear, responsive communicator
  
  Fluent spoken and written English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, Angular and Azure Dev Ops
• Exposure to building or working with AI agents
• Experience with in the property or real estate sector
