Position
Purpose:
We are looking for a talented and inquisitive UX Designer to help shape and deliver high-quality user experiences across our websites and digital marketing journeys. You will work within a cross-functional marketing team, contributing to research, design, optimisation, and testing activities that support our global digital marketing ecosystem.
This role suits a designer confident working from concept through to detailed UX design, with a strong focus on creating frictionless, user-centered online experiences that support acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Primary duties will include:
- Partner with marketers, developers, content specialists, and fellow designers to create and refine concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX deliverables for websites and marketing journeys.
- Contribute to user research and insight-gathering activities, helping ensure decisions are informed by data and user behavior.
- Develop clear design documentation including information architecture, navigation structures, user flows, and interaction patterns across our marketing platforms.
- Participate in or help facilitate usability testing and A/B testing to validate solutions and optimise performance.
- Support continuous refinement of user journeys, ensuring they remain logical, seamless, and aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with developers to support implementation and maintain design quality.
- Stay informed about UX best practice, tools, accessibility standards, and digital marketing trends, proactively contributing fresh ideas.
To land this role you will need:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and digital usability.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience producing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary marketing teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in interpreting analytics or user-behavior data.
- Understanding of responsive design and web-optimised experiences.
- Experience in financial services or similarly complex environments is beneficial but not essential.
