Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team here at Clear Score in Cape Town. You will join the team in delivering insight and analysis which allow Clear Score to rapidly scale and deliver a seamless experience for our users. Analysts play a key role within Clear Score, driving strategy and key decision-making, which ultimately benefits our users, partners, and other teams within the business.

Clear Score is both a free credit score and report service and the UK’s leading consumer credit marketplace. As a part of the team, you will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on marketing and acquisition performance; supporting the marketing and product teams to run experiments and improve UX and monetisation and supporting the leadership team in developing the overall strategy.

• Develop comprehensive monitoring and reporting dashboards using SQL and Domo.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, providing insights into the performance of our various marketing channels.
• Conduct detailed analysis of AB tests to enhance conversion rates across our website's landing pages.
• Lead in-depth analytics projects, leveraging data to uncover opportunities and address complex business challenges.
• Support different squads by conducting analyses crucial for launching new features, enhancing existing ones, and driving growth across verticals.

• You must possess SQL and Excel skills. Knowledge of dbt, python, and analytical tools such as Amplitude is a plus
• Experience using Domo or other data visualisation tools such as Tableau
• Strong quantitative and numerical skills
• Ability to plan and prioritise your own workload and that of your team
• You have a desire to learn and enjoy working collaboratively, with a desire to contribute to our culture.
