As a Paid Ads Specialist (main focus meta) you play a key role within our organization. Your mission is to define our short- and long-term strategy with a strong focus on Advertising on Meta
! You translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Over time, this role naturally evolves to include further developing and strengthening our organic social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook
.

Developing and optimizing the B2C social media strategy (main focus on paid meta)

🚀 Setting up lead generation, sales, and awareness campaigns

🚀
Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance

🚀 Managing social media KPIs & budget

🚀
Building and maintaining a loyal fan base

🚀 Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities

As a Paid Ads Specialist you will play a significant role in expanding P1 Travel both nationally and internationally
.

✅
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work and thinking level)

✅ 2 years of experience in Paid Ads on Meta (international experience is a plus, experience in Paid Ads is a must!)

✅
Data analysis & interpretation skills
, proven knowledge of GA4/META

✅
Experience in Paid Social Advertising is a must! (This role focuses heavily on paid social)

✅
Experience with Tik Tok & Influencer Marketing (nice to have)

✅
