PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Service Assistant (Cleaner), you will play an important role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment in the office spaces. You will be responsible for performing a range of essential cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our office spaces. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the positive experience of our guests and team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office building areas:
- Dusting and polish office desks, and other office furniture
- Cleaning kitchen areas: sink, refrigerators, stove and oven: wipe and clean, cabinet doors and countertops: wipe down and clean stains, washing dishes, drying and packing dishes.
- Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming floors in offices, reception, boardrooms, kitchen
- Spot cleaning glass and window, windowsills, corners and surface area
- Watering plants
- Emptying bins in and around the office areas and desks, kitchen, restrooms
- Picking up objects off the floor
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- Set up boardroom for important meetings e.g.:
Tea / coffee / water and eats etc. - Ensure reception area is neat and tidy.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimal service to guests.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and aptitude for solving problems.
- Embrace a high sense of responsibility, reliability and cleanliness.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering a cooperative spirit.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
