Factory Manager

Job Description :

Join a leading precast manufacturing division as a hands‑on Factory Manager and lead our dynamic Hollow Core Precast facility. This role is perfect for an energetic experienced professional ready to oversee high‑volume production drive quality and manage a skilled team of 50 across multiple shifts.

• Lead daily factory operations to meet production quality and safety targets.
• Manage two shifts and five supervisors including scheduling and overtime control.
• Optimize costs monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Drive production planning and ensure timely casting lane stripping and delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Produce detailed reports for management review.
• Uphold OHS standards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Oversee the manufacture of precast elements including stairs beams and lintels.

• 8 years in manufacturing or construction management.
• Understanding of concrete production formwork reinforcing and pre-tension steel (advantageous).
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in batch plants saws hydraulic jacks and cranes.
• Strong leadership administrative and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Deadline-driven detail-oriented and committed to quality.
