Quality Controller; QC

Job description

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that product is manufactured according to specification and workmanship of a very high standard,

· Expedite all quality problems,

· This position requires commitment, ownership and trustworthiness.

· Responsible for the quality of Machined and Fabricated Parts,

· Quality Control on Assembly lines,

· First-off and On-Line inspection reports,

· Inspection and testing of parts received from new suppliers for approval,

· To use all types of measuring and testing equipment and check calibration of the equipment,

· Working to the ISO 9001/2000 Quality System requirements.

Requirements:

Technical Aptitude

Experience in Aluminium and Steel Welding will be an advantage

3 Years Experience in Manufacturing (Steel)

2 Years Experience in Checking Quality
