• A highly organised QA Compliance Clerk is required to support quality systems, change control processes, and GMP compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. Reporting to the QA Manager, this role ensures quality standards are upheld through rigorous documentation, cross-functional coordination, and proactive oversight of key quality activities.
• You will manage Change Controls end-to-end, monitor calibration schedules, support internal and supplier audits, and contribute to validation tasks. Success in this role requires technical accuracy, strong communication, and the confidence to challenge issues that compromise quality while maintaining constructive relationships across departments.

• Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent
• Relevant tertiary qualification or Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant certification
• 3–5 years’ QA experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in Change Control management
• Internal and supplier auditing experience
• Calibration experience
• Knowledge of ISO / PICS / GMP standards (9001 / 22716 / SAHPRA)
• Validation exposure advantageous
• Ability to lead Change Control meetings confidently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to push back firmly on quality matters
