Research Assistant; University Part-Time

Job Summary:

• Assist in designing, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research studies.

• Collect and organize data from primary and secondary sources including academic journals, surveys, interviews, and online databases.

• Perform literature reviews and prepare summaries to support ongoing research projects.

• Draft research reports, documentation, and presentations under faculty or senior researcher guidance.

• Maintain accurate records of research findings, experiment logs, and data analysis procedures.

• Use data analysis software such as SPSS, R, Excel, or Python (training provided if needed).

• Collaborate with research teams and attend regular project meetings (virtually or on‑campus, as required).

• Comply with all ethical and academic standards in research practices.

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelors or masters degree program (preferably in Social Sciences, Business, Computer Science, Education, or related fields).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

• Basic understanding of academic research methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in research or academic writing is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Internships or course‑based research projects will be considered as relevant experience.

• Part‑time: 10–20 hours per week
