Software Development Lead

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Software Development Lead in Cape Town!

• At least 8 years’ experience writing code

• Experience in frontend and backend development

• Leadership experience

• Experience in REST/API

• Understanding & experience with CI/CD

• Experience with unit & integration testing

• Familiar with source control and review process’

• Solid understanding of OOP

• Familiar with SDLC methodologies

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

• NodeJS – comfortable building and deploying web applications in a node environment.

• PHP – or other backend languages for web app development.

• Comfortable with CSS/JS frameworks and libraries

• Exposure to working with CRMs like Hub Spot, Sales Force or Dynamics would be beneficial

• Ability to graphically represent a system architectural diagram
