Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

• Architect & Develop
  • Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Develop new features that enhance user experience and improve efficiency.
• Code Quality & Leadership
  • Write clean, maintainable code that is easy to test and scale.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to deployment.
• Performance & Scalability
  • Monitor and optimize application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest in Ruby on Rails, Dev Ops, and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute new ideas to improve the platform and maintain a competitive edge.

• 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
• Prior experience in healthcare technology or working with integrations like TPP Systm One is a plus.
• Passion for building meaningful products that have a real-world impact.

• Experience taking a product from zero to oneowning key features from ideation to launch.
• Interest in growing into a Team Lead role and shaping engineering culture.
• Familiarity with Elastic Search/Open Search.
