Brief CallOur process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
InterviewsThe average number of interviews is 3 – the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager and others related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.
Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem‑solving scenario, etc.

Your Missions- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the progress of team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Translate business requirements into detailed designs for implementation.
- Develop high‑quality software applications using PHP (extensive), Golang, JavaScript, Vue.
JS, Node.
JS, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL. - Design and architect scalable and efficient solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Experience as a software developer (minimum 6 years), including at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Experience in a leadership role highly beneficial.
- Experience with PHP (Laravel experience a bonus).
- Experience with JavaScript (including Vue.
JS and Node.
JS), Java, and Golang beneficial. - Hands‑on experience with MySQL, AWS (Lambdas/EC2/S3/SQS), API development, NGINX, Rabbit
MQ, Redis, and Sumologic. - Experience with development tools:
Intelli
J Idea, Postman, Visual Studio Code, Medis/Redis UI Tool, MySQL Workbench, DBeaver Database Manager, Datagrip, Goland, Git, Php Storm, Sonar Qube, Atlassian. - Academic background:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science (or similar) highly advantageous. - Fluent English.
- Extensive understanding of Microservices and Web API integration.
- You demonstrate strong communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality software solutions.
- PCI and GDPR knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and corresponding agile methodologies.
