• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and build impactful solutions
• Lead your own projects within a small, highly skilled development team
• Drive the full product lifecycle: idea, design, prototyping, execution, deployment
• Build and maintain highly available, scalable services
• Contribute across backend, frontend, architecture, and infrastructure
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve team velocity

• Curiosity and passion for solving complex problems
• High standards for engineering quality and best practices
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive and pragmatic approach to software development
• Experience with the tech stack below or willingness to learn quickly

• 3+ years of engineering experience in startups or high-growth environments
• Experience building B2B software is preferred
• Strong understanding of user experience and system-level thinking
• Passion for pair programming and clean architecture
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
