This role will provide direct administrative support to the fee earners in the Commercial Property team to provide an exceptional client service at all times.
What you’ll be responsible for:- Providing full support to the commercial property fee earners and undertaking administrative tasks relating to commercial property sales and purchases, under supervision.
- Onboarding clients, opening files and closing files where necessary.
- Liaising with existing and prospective clients, answering, and resolving their queries where relevant.
- Providing an excellent level of service to our clients.
- Interacting with solicitors within the firm from time to time, providing clarification on any queries or issues.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by your line manager or Director.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team oriented.
- Able to work to deadlines, prioritise own workload effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Proactive and determined.
- Able to progress tasks using own initiative, seeking guidance and input from others where appropriate.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads.
- Able to cope with changing levels of work.
- A flexible approach and can-do attitude.
