Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the Cardiac Physiology Team based at the University Hospital of Wales.

Role Focus

The focus of the role will be providing Reception Services and being the first point of contact for both telephone and direct enquiries.

Applications are invited from candidates who are enthusiastic, well‑motivated and innovative, with good organisational and practical abilities.

Requirements

You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of reception duties and administrative work, strong organisational skills including an eye for detail and proficient experience of using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The ability to prioritise your workload, process enquiries in a confidential and timely manner and to work effectively in a busy environment with a fast‑paced work turnaround is essential for this role.
