Within our early‑morning post team, you will accurately open, sort and deliver all incoming post.

• Sort all daily incoming post from both the DX and Royal Mail
• Scan mail into a document system and forward to departments
• Open and date stamp all post
• Sort post in department order
• Deliver post to relevant people or departments
• Assist with special deliveries and recorded mail as required
• Assist with unreferenced post

IT skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately process large volumes of work are essential.

• Minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
