emporary Receptionist – Ongoing Assignment

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual looking for a temporary role where you can make an immediate impact? We’re seeking a Receptionist to join an iconic Welsh organisation on a temporary basis for a month.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by meeting and greeting visitors with a warm and cheerful attitude.
Manage the switchboard and handle incoming calls efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Oversee access control, including colleague key fobs and cards.
Assist with post room duties, including sorting and distributing mail, managing deliveries, and processing outgoing post.
Support the Group Estates Maintenance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a receptionist
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Polite, professional, and cheerful demeanor.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
