We’re seeking a motivated, dedicated, and highly organised individual who demonstrates excellent customer service skills alongside strong technical expertise.

• Team player comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with clear processes.
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry‑recognised qualification.
• EV/hybrid experience or certification is desirable, or a willingness to develop skills in this area.
• Confident carrying out vehicle health‑check videos for retail customers, communicating findings clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable working on both retail customer vehicles and internal preparation work, maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work within given timescales and tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing with accuracy and efficiency.
