We're Hiring: 4 x MOT Technicians Cardiff Area
Location: Cardiff
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 £ 32,000 basic (OTE £33,000 £ 40,000+)
Bonus: £500 £ 800 per month (team-based)
Hours: Full-time

As part of our continued growth, we’re now looking for 4 skilled MOT Technicians to join our expanding team in the Cardiff area.
The Role- Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair work to a high standard.
- MOT Testers preferred, but not essential MOT training offered after probation
. - Work within a supportive, friendly team that puts quality and customer satisfaction first.
- Basic Salary: £28,000 £ 32,000 (DOE)
- OTE: £33,000 £ 40,000+ with overtime
- Bonus: £500 £ 800 per month (team-based we all win together!)
