. This position, based in Cardiff, Wales, involves supporting our Social Value Strategy and commitments throughout the Southwest and Wales region. Travel across the region is required.
- Develop and deliver bespoke Social Value and Stakeholder plans for each project and coordinate the delivery across multiple South Wales sites.
- Prepare and coordinate tender responses to Social Value questions, both qualitative and quantitative, with cost consideration.
- Create and implement Social Value KPIs, working closely with site teams and Supply Chain Partners to monitor, measure and report progress.
- Collaborate with the client team to ensure the plans meet client needs and provide regular progress reports.
- Collect, input and record data to measure performance against KPIs.
- Create content for social media, case studies and newsletters.
- Develop a Social Value project strategy, community profile and stakeholder engagement plan with budget for each project.
- Respond to social value tender questions.
- Own, deliver, monitor, measure, record and report all social value bid deliverables/outcomes.
- Comply with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Work across pre‑construction and site‑based operational teams.
- Support supply chain partners.
- Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., DWP, Careers, local government, VCSEs, schools, colleges, training providers).
- Deliver Social Value CPD sessions.
- Produce marketing content including case studies and newsletters.
- Represent Bouygues UK at industry forums.
- Previous social value experience and a strong understanding of social value.
- Background in education, apprenticeship or training provision with knowledge of T levels and equivalents (preferred).
- Construction background not required but advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking to groups (students, supply chain partners, clients) and writing tender responses.
- Strong relationship‑building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
- Organised, self‑motivated and familiar with the South Wales region.
