We are seeking an individual to join the National Accounting and Audit (NAA) Operations Centre of Excellence. The role will support the Audit and Assurance Business by performing varied analytical and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

• Produce or update reports.
• Conduct research and maintain data sources.
• Respond to queries from colleagues within the Audit and Assurance business.
• Prioritise tasks and manage workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Learn and adapt to our in‑house tools and systems.

Qualifications and skills:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); proficiency in Excel and basic data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools is an advantage.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, multitask and manage own workload to tight deadlines.
• Proactive, creative problem‑solving approach.
• Diligent, conscientious, with strong attention to detail.
• Some experience in a regulated environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good level of numeracy, able to review and analyse numerical data for trends and anomalies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Committed to working in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.
