The upcoming portfolio includes schemes valued between £20M and £40M, predominantly high-rise residential developments along with selected commercial projects. As a result of this sustained growth, the company is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join its expanding team.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a defined section of works, ensuring progress, quality, and safety standards are maintained.
This position offers ongoing training, structured support, and a clear, progressive career pathway into full Site Management
