Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior role with an ambitious and well-established residential developer? You’ll be working across a portfolio of social housing schemes, taking full commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account. This developer has a strong pipeline, long-term partnerships, and exciting growth plans that offer genuine progression for the right person.

What you’ll be doing :

* Overseeing all commercial and cost-management aspects of multiple residential schemes

* Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and tender processes

* Providing accurate forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting

* Building strong working relationships with internal teams, clients and supply chain partners

* Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest quality standards

What we’re looking for:

* Strong residential or social housing QS background

* Proven experience in a senior or project-running role

* Excellent negotiation, commercial awareness and communication skills

* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
