Site Manager – Internal Finishes

📅 Start Date : 5th January

⏳ Duration :
Until project completion at the end of August

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all internal finishing activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme expectations. You will work closely with subcontractors, design teams and the wider site management team to maintain quality control, manage sequencing, and ensure the smooth progression of the fit-out phase.

• Managing and coordinating internal finishing packages
• Monitoring workmanship, snagging and quality assurance
• Ensuring works are completed in line with programme milestones
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Enforcing health & safety procedures across the internal areas
• Reporting progress and issues to senior site management

• Proven experience as a Site Manager focusing on internal finishes
• Solid knowledge of construction fit-out sequencing and trades
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications (or equivalent) preferred
