Sphere Solutions are working with a leading main contractor to recruit an experienced Site or Senior Site Manager for a flagship £300 million construction scheme in Cardiff — one of the most high‑profile developments in the region.

This is a long‑term opportunity to work with an award‑winning Tier 1 contractor, delivering a complex, large‑scale project that will define the Cardiff skyline.

As Site / Senior Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of a major façade package, working closely with the Lead Project Manager and wider delivery team. You’ll be responsible for managing on‑site operations, ensuring health & safety standards, quality, and programme targets are achieved.

• Oversee day‑to‑day site management and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage the delivery of the façade package and associated works.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and design teams.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and H&S documentation.
