Your new role
You will be working as a Site Manager on a school refurbishment project in Cardiff for a Tier 1 Contractor. The contract runs from January to August 2026 and will involve managing internal works, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. If you have experience in these backgrounds, specifically school refurbishment and internals, don't hesitate to reach out.

• Strong experience in school refurbishment projects, with a solid internal background
• CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS Certification
• Asbestos Awareness
• First Aid at Work
