Telecare Cardiff is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team of Control Centre Operators.
Handling a variety of Telecare and out of hours repair calls from start to finish, and operating alarm receiving software. This part‑time role is 28 hours per week with night, weekend and bank holiday enhancements where appropriate.
What we are looking for from youGCSE level or equivalent education.
Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
A positive, customer‑focused attitude, and a genuine desire to help with plenty of empathy.
Ability to work a 24‑hour rotating shift pattern (morning, afternoon, night).
Welsh and other community languages are an advantage.
Additional informationTemporary position until 31st December 2026.
Working pattern: 28 hours per week, part‑time.
Requires Disclosure and Barring Service standard check.
