This role sits within our customer care team and is vital to the daily operations of Alcumus Safe Contractor. You will be supporting our customers through their accreditation process with Alcumus, delivering the highest standard of service at all touch points of their journey, and collaborating closely with our wider business areas to continually improve the working environment.

Compensation: £23,810 / year
What that means day to day- Answering customer enquiries on live chat, via telephone or email within our committed time scale while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working autonomously and encouraging feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
- Informing customers of ways they can gain value from their membership with us and updating them on additional membership benefits.
- Sharing knowledge within the team and contributing in team meetings.
Customer service experience and attention to detail are the most important skills for this role. While previous experience working within a call centre environment would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. You will need to be confident in handling customer enquiries via telephone, webchat and email, and will have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating the ability to drive value for both the customer and the organisation.
Our Customer Care Advisors work as part of a close‑knit team, so it is important to be a team player, working well within a team setting and able to work toward a common objective with your peers.
