Join our public sector client as a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor and become a key part of their Contact Centre team. You’ll deliver high‑quality support across phone, email, and social media, ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.
What you’ll do:- Handle a wide range of enquiries and transactions
- Deliver excellent service across multiple channels
- Support continuous improvement in customer service
- Fluent Welsh speaker with strong communication skills
- Experience in a customer‑facing, multi‑channel environment
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft applications
