Responsibilities
* Lead techs on Base Maintenance checks and day to day task execution.
* Handle scheduled and unscheduled maintenance without hand holding.
* Drive defect rectification, investigations, mod work and engineering standards.
* Keep planners and managers informed so the operation stays on track.
* Maintain clean and accurate paperwork across all task cards.
* Uphold safety and quality, manage FOD prevention and general hangar standards.
What you need to bring
* Five plus years' aircraft maintenance experience with at least three in Base Maintenance.
* Strong understanding of aircraft systems, rigging, component change and mod embodiment.
* Solid structural repair knowledge.
* Confident using all recognised aircraft documentation.
* UK CAA AML or qualifying EASA AML.
* Type and recency on any Airbus or Boeing. Ideally: 737 Classic or NG, 757, 767, A320 family
