• Complete projects related to the expansion of high‑volume manufacturing lines, including product assembly and mold tool validation.
• Control the management of product life cycle through construction, material and manufacturing process upgrades, VAVE, and continuous improvements.
• Manage the transition of NPI/NPD projects from product design freeze to manufacturing at scale.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, carrying out relevant documentation approvals for product release, risk assessment and change control in accordance with Cytiva procedures.
• Lead and provide support for problem solving to effectively close performance gaps, uncover root causes, and implement sustainable countermeasures.

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in a life‑science‑oriented industrial company or similarly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Green Belt / Six Sigma certification, or DBS equivalent.
• Experience of product lifecycle management within a regulated industry.
