Due to continued growth in the Cardiff, Wales region, they are looking to recruit within their team for a BMS Support Engineer.

• £35,000 - £45,000
• Car or £5739 Car Allowance

• 3% Bonus paid annually on any quoted upgrades completed - based on the value of the quoted and completed upgrade
• Overtime Available
• £200 P/W Standby - On-call system = 1-5 weeks

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works on building management systems (BMS)
• Provide routine inspections of BMS Equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• We are seeking an engineer who has worked on BMS Building management systems
• Ideally you will have knowledge and experience on systems such as:
  Trend, Schneider, Tridium etc
• Ideally an understanding of mechanical plant / HVAC Plant
• Proven diagnostic skills and able to identify and resolve technical issues
