Access Talent Group are recruiting for a large employee‑owned international design consultancy who are looking for a Senior or Principal Dams and Reservoir Engineer in a South West office.

This consultancy is a lead consultant in the water sector and has a team of multidisciplinary water professionals who service in some major water frameworks. This team and individual work on a lot of remedial reservoir projects which you will be leading on. This professional ideally has worked on dams and reservoirs projects in the UK and has the technical understanding of all aspects of the project.

This consultancy is looking to gain more reservoir panel engineers and has a number in their business that any Senior or Principal may learn and develop from.

• Senior Civil Engineer currently and working towards CEng status
• Current Principal Civil Engineer and must have CEng status
• Dams and reservoirs experience
• 7 – 10 years’ experience
• Experience in the flood defence sector with transferable skills
• A Degree / MSc in Civil and or Structural Engineering
• Civil 3D and flood modelling / defence software packages
• All panel training and development
• Private medical insurance
• Life insurance
• 25 days annual leave
