Our Client is seeking an Interim Finance Manager to support their team immediately for up to 6 months. This role is not only crucial to maintaining operational effectiveness but also plays a significant part in driving key financial projects. This position will be starting immediately, for up to 6 months on a hybrid working model. You will report into the COO, and work at Trust level.

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations and manage the finance team.
• Prepare timely financial reports and forecasts to provide insight into business performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance financial decision-making processes.
• Implement effective financial controls and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and budget planning.
• Proven experience in a finance management position with a Multi‑Academy Trust.
• Strong understanding of finance principles, reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficiency in IMP and Access systems.
