• A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – newly qualified therapists are welcome!
• A deep understanding of five-star guest care and a desire to exceed expectations.
• The ability to create a serene, peaceful environment for every guest.
• A passion for holistic treatments and tailoring experiences to individual needs.
• Impeccable grooming, communication skills, and a confident, caring presence.
• The stamina and enthusiasm to deliver treatments throughout the day – with plenty of support and breaks!

• Delivering a range of luxury treatments to the highest standards.
• Keeping treatment rooms pristine and fully stocked.
• Recommending products and treatments that enhance the guest experience.
• Supporting your team and stepping in when needed.
• Meeting sales targets and earning commission rewards.
• Continuously improving through training and feedback.
• Escalating guest concerns with care and professionalism.
