About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care branch in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation that operates across England and Wales, with strong plans for growth in South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of home care services to adults in the community
Ensure compliance with CIW standards and company policies
Manage and support a team of care coordinators and care staff
Drive branch growth and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
