Senior Advisor

We’re working with a leading Professional Services organisation based in Cardiff who are seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as a Senior People Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with managers and employees to deliver effective HR solutions and drive positive outcomes.

• Provide HR guidance and support to a dedicated client group.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Advise on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals.
• Support long-term absence and capability cases.
• Advise on family leave entitlements and processes.
• Review and update policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on cyclical activities such as appraisals and salary reviews.

• Strong understanding of UK employment law.
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident using HR systems and managing end-to-end processes.
