Sandwell Council is seeking a Payroll Lead for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover. The role is based at Oldbury Council House with hybrid working and requires leadership of a payroll team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll legislation and HMRC rules.
You will provide technical payroll expertise, guide pensions and statutory payments, and drive improvements across processes and systems while collaborating with HR, Finance and external stakeholders.
