Overview

. As a Customer Service Support Officer (known internally as Technical Support Officer) you will support the Audit Services team in completing desktop assessments of registered customer accreditation documentation and provide technical support via phone and email to customers, ensuring a first-class customer experience.

Location:

Cardiff, UK. Salary: £24,800 / year. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week working from our office in Cardiff.

Responsibilities
  • Complete pre-audit checks on customer information to ensure a minimum standard before it progresses to the full audit.
  • Work through pre-audit checks of customer information to collate required evidence.
  • Provide feedback to customers and collate any missing information for pre-audit checks.
  • Support customers in areas of improvement where additional information is needed to pass the audit and become accredited.
  • Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers (full training provided).
  • Work closely with the Audit Services team and collaborate with the wider organization.
Qualifications
  • Customer service, administrative experience and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Strong written English and ability to demonstrate consistency in applying quality processes and standards.
  • Team player with the ability to work towards a common objective with peers.
  • Interest or experience in health and safety or compliance is a plus, but not essential.
  • Ability to receive onboarding and training and to gain health and safety specific qualifications required for this role.
